Dr. Maria Kuoni is Founder and Managing Partner of the Company. Maria has:
- Over 15 years of experience in leading Swiss Banks with assignments in Switzerland and abroad (including New York) in senior positions
- Experience in all major banking areas (investment banking, private banking, asset management)
- Broad Swiss and international network in the banking industry with special focus on Russia / CIS
- Uncompromising commitment to Swiss quality standards in Banking
- Graduated from HSG specialized in Finance with top grades
- PhD in Banking
- Fluent in Russian
Chairman of the Company is Dr. Wolfram Kuoni. Wolfram has:
- Founder and Senior Partner of Kuoni Attorneys-At-Law firm in Zurich (see www.kuonilaw.ch)
- Over 10 years of experience in banking (export finance, corporate finance and equity derivatives)
- Has an outstanding international network of business partners which he puts to work for his private and corporate clients
- Acts as director (member of Board) of various listed and non-listed companies
- PhD in law, MBA INSEAD
